There is a great app available that can scan barcodes on products, as well as QR Codes and Data Matrix codes that contain URLs, contact information, and more. However, the app is no longer receiving updates on Google Play. This means that there will be no new versions released.

One great feature of the app is the ability to share contacts, apps, and bookmarks using a QR Code. However, in order to do this, the app requires access to your contacts. If you are experiencing difficulty scanning with the app, there are some tips you can try. First, go to Settings and activate all device bug workarounds. Then, disable them one by one until you determine which one is necessary. If this does not solve the issue, you can also attempt clearing your device cache and settings from the Android settings menu.

I want to clarify that this app has never displayed ads and will not do so in the future. If you are seeing ads, it is likely due to deceptive malware from a third party falsely claiming that the app contains adware.
