You will also need to select your location and input your Company Shortname, which serves as a unique identification number provided by your employer. Additionally, your company must utilize approval workflows for To Do Items, and only Bulk Hours and Start/End (All Days) timesheet profiles are supported. Bosses should remember to configure HCMtoGO for mobile usage, while employees should ensure they have been granted access to the app.
After downloading the HCMtoGo app, you can streamline your HR tasks with various features. This includes managing timesheets, requesting and viewing time off, tracking vacation and sick days, enrolling in benefits, accessing pay stubs, setting up direct deposits, and viewing your schedule. Additionally, if permitted, you can also swap shifts with coworkers.
Hello, as an administrator, it is important to keep in mind that users must have permission to access the application based on their security profile and UI Preferences widget. Companies should utilize approval workflows for managing To Do Items, and the available timesheet profiles are Bulk Hours and Start/End (All Days) only. Users will need the company's Short Name for logging in, and currently, basic authentication with SSO is not supported.
