To get started, simply open the app at a participating H-E-B store and log in with your HEB.com credentials or create a new account if needed. Currently, the app is being tested at select locations. Customers who have signed up can use our app to easily scan and bag their items while shopping. The app keeps track of their selections and allows them to add or remove items before finalizing their purchase. Once they are finished shopping, they can choose any checkout lane. If they prefer self-checkout, a user-friendly kiosk screen will guide them through the process. Alternatively, if they prefer a traditional checkout lane, a helpful cashier will assist them. When it comes time to pay, customers can use their preferred payment method and collect their receipt before leaving the store.
