Additionally, they have a mobile app where you can access your benefits, learn about assistance programs, locate a County Human Services office, or check for any disasters in your area. Just be aware that there may be regular text fees associated with using the app.

CalWIN does not share your personal information with anyone else. However, certain information collected through the app and provided by you may be disclosed if requested under California law as a public record. Rest assured, the California Welfare and Institutions Code prioritizes keeping your personal information confidential in regards to Medi-Cal and CalFresh programs.
