To send money to a US bank account or debit card using Zelle, you must first sign up with your Bank of America checking or savings account. The recipient must register within two weeks to receive the transfer, otherwise it will be canceled. There are restrictions on the amount and frequency of transfers.

Before withdrawals can be made, deposits must undergo verification. Additionally, there are various other regulations that must be followed.
