The Company Portal app is a highly useful tool that allows you to access important information from your company no matter where you are. However, in order to use this app, your company must already be using Microsoft Intune and your IT admin must set up your account. Once that is completed, you can take advantage of various features such as accessing corporate resources, downloading and installing company apps, managing devices, contacting the IT department, changing work account passwords, and remotely wiping devices if necessary. Keep in mind that you must use your work account to sign up for Intune through this app and certain features may not be available in all countries. If you encounter any issues or have questions regarding the app or your privacy, reach out to your IT administrator instead of contacting Microsoft, your network operator, or device manufacturer as they are the ones who can provide assistance.

In order to remove the Company Portal app, you must first unenroll your device from Intune. Simply follow the steps provided in the link to complete this process. Once your device is unenrolled, you can uninstall the app as you would with any other app.
