Additionally, if you require assistance or have any questions, there is a Help Center with frequently asked questions available. To simplify the process even further, you can log in using your email, policy number, Facebook account, Google account, or even your fingerprint!

Section 2: Paying is simple with The General's mobile app. You can effortlessly make payments, schedule payments, split payments using various methods, and yes, you can even pay with cash (thanks to PayNearMe). Additionally, you can start a new claim or track an existing one.
