This awesome application has two modes: detection and classification. In the detection mode, it is capable of identifying 80 different objects from the COCO dataset and outlining them with a box. In the classification mode, it can recognize an impressive 1000 classes from the ImageNet dataset without needing a box. To start or stop the live preview, simply tap on the screen. This app is amazing because it utilizes TensorFlow Deep Learning software library and two MobileNet models for detection and classification. And guess what? It is compatible with Android Things (Developer Preview 6.1). So go ahead and give it a try!
