Now you can easily identify and block those annoying scam calls with the Scam Shield™ feature. Additionally, Visual Voicemail allows you to listen to messages in any order, respond with a single click, update contacts, and manage your inbox without needing to call voicemail. The best part is that the service is free when you first use it! However, if you want to enhance your experience, you can pay a small monthly fee to upgrade to Voicemail to Text. This way, all voicemails will be transcribed into text messages or emails. Pretty cool, huh?

T-Mobile Visual Voicemail also includes a convenient Unread Messages widget that can be added to your Android phone. Simply long press on an empty space on your home screen, select 'Add Widgets', and choose the Visual Voicemail widget from the options provided. Additionally, please note that occasional free text messages may be sent to communicate with the Voicemail server.
