CBP One™ is a convenient app that consolidates various CBP services into one platform. It functions as a personal assistant by guiding users to the information they need through a series of questions. Currently, there are two features available on CBP One™, with plans to introduce more in the coming year. The first feature allows brokers/carriers/forwarders to request an inspection for perishable cargo entering the U.S. directly from their phone. The second feature is designed for travelers who wish to apply for and pay for their I-94 before reaching a Port of Entry (POE). This makes the process incredibly convenient!

The I-94 feature is essentially a mobile version of the I-94 application process and all the information available on the I-94 website. With this convenient app, travelers can easily access a digital copy of their I-94 and view their travel history from the past 5 years. Additionally, some new features will be added in the coming year to assist Small Vessel Operators, Bus Operators, Aircraft Operators, Seaplane Pilots, commercial truck drivers, and Commercial Vessel Operators. The best part? You can obtain CBP One™ I-94 from anywhere in the country!

However, there is a catch - appointments can only be made for items that have a short shelf life at specific Ports of Entry (POE). Additionally, you will receive real-time updates and have the ability to communicate with a CBP Agriculture Specialist if necessary. CBP One™ provides convenient access to all CBP services, with continuous improvements being made to enhance user experience.
