Members of Express Reservation, such as JR Tokai Express Card members (both individual and corporate), View Express special contract members, Plus EX members, J-WEST Card (Express) members, and JQ CARD Express members, can utilize the app. SmartEX members are also able to access the app. To use it, individuals must become a member. Those who are part of Express Reservation must apply through a credit card company and complete registration on the website after approval from the credit card company.
