The Docomo Speed Test is a new app that allows you to determine the speed of your network. In addition, it offers features such as locating Docomo stores, finding Docomo Wi-Fi hotspots, and accessing various local information. The best part is that it can be used on any smartphone, not just Docomo devices!

Just a reminder, the installation may not be successful if your network connection is unstable or if your device is low on memory. Therefore, please verify your network and memory status before trying again.

Just a reminder, there is a data limit of 128kbps for both uploading and downloading. In normal mode, the average data usage for one speed test is about 25MB, but it can reach up to 75MB if your connection is very fast. To prevent any additional charges for data usage, it's advisable to subscribe to a data plan.

Opting for the light mode will require only about 1/10 of the data compared to the normal mode. However, it is important to note that the accuracy of measurements may be compromised when using Wi-Fi. Therefore, it is recommended to use the normal mode while on Wi-Fi. Additionally, users still on version 1.6.0 or earlier will not be able to measure in light mode after April 1, 2018. To access light mode, simply update your app to version 1.6.0 or later.

If you choose the large mode, it may consume approximately 1000MB of data. Just a reminder, this could result in increased charges for your internet usage. However, rest assured that you will receive a prompt asking for confirmation before starting the large mode measurement.
