Rakuten Link is a fantastic mobile application that offers a variety of great features. With it, you can make voice and video calls, and if you're a Rakuten Mobile customer, you can communicate with other Rakuten Link users for free. Additionally, you can use Rakuten Link to call any mobile or landline number in Japan or in 66 other countries. Isn't that amazing?

However, there is a limitation to the app. While you can enjoy free calls and messages in 66 countries and regions, if you are outside of these locations, Rakuten Link can only be used with Wi-Fi. If you need to make international calls from Japan or while abroad, you will have to pay for them. But don't fret, using Link in Japan or the specified countries will not consume your roaming data. Just keep in mind that in case of an emergency situation in Japan or overseas while roaming internationally, you won't be able to use Rakuten Link to call for help.

If there are any problems, users can simply uninstall the app and try again by downloading it once more.
