The AppRadio app by Pioneer is a great way to turn your car into a smart car. All you need is a compatible Pioneer in-dash multimedia receiver and an Android smartphone that is compatible with it. Once everything is connected, you can explore and download apps that are specifically made for use in the car. The best part is that you can listen to music, watch videos, and control everything from the large touchscreen on your dashboard. Simply connect a USB cable (either the Pioneer CD-MU200 USB to micro USB cable or the one that came with your phone) and you're all set. However, be aware that depending on your Android phone model, the default settings for AppRadio One may not work perfectly. If you experience any issues with sound or unstable images, simply adjust the AppRadioMode Sound System setting on your Pioneer device and you should be good to go.

If you have Pioneer products with AppRadio One or AppRadio Mode +, there are several options available. For the 2015 DVD Receivers, you can choose from AVH-X1700S, AVH-X2700BS, AVH-X3700BHS, AVH-X4700BS, AVH-X5700BHS, AVH-X6700DVD, and AVH-X7700BT. For the 2016 DVD Receivers, there are models like AVH-X1800S, AVH-X2800BS, AVH-X3800BHS, AVH-X390BS, AVH-X391BHS, AVH-X4800BS, AVH-X490BS, AVH-X491BHS,X5800BHS,X6800DVD and X7800BT. And for the 2017 DVD Receivers with AppRadio Mode + there are even more options such as theAVH-500EX/501EX/600EX/601EX and MVH-1400NEX/2300NEX as well as theAVH-1300NEX/1330NEX/2300NEX/2330NEX/3300NEX.

In order to use Pioneer products with AppRadio Mode through HDMI, you must connect them using both HDMI and Bluetooth. Be sure to use the HDMI adapter suggested by your phone manufacturer. If your phone is compatible with MHL to HDMI adapters and is not a Samsung device, you can use our Pioneer CD-AH200 adapter. Remember that you will need a smartphone that has HDMI video output capability.
