If you are currently using this version, you will need to manually transition to either the latest +Message or SoftBank Mail. Don't worry, there are two options for switching: you can either transfer your data from the old +Message version to the new one, or make the switch to SoftBank Mail completely. The choice is yours!

The SoftBank Mail app offers features such as threaded and folder views, support for emails with emojis, and the ability to filter emails from unknown senders into a separate folder. Users can send and receive emails up to 2MB in size. Y!mobile customers can access the app using their email address ending in '***@ymobile.ne.jp'. However, those with Sharp, Fujitsu, Kyocera, or Sony phones should be cautious as the app may not be compatible with these models. In such cases, users are recommended to use the Smart Custom app instead.
