Hello everyone! We have some exciting news to announce. In order to ensure the safety and security of all our customers, we will be implementing a small change. Beginning on November 1, 2023, it will be necessary to have the most recent version of our official Yamana-ya app in order to use it. Therefore, please remember to update your app to version 1.2.7 or any newer version. We appreciate your cooperation!

In order to use the official Yamana-ya app, your phone must have an operating system of Android 9 or higher and be running app version 1.2.7 or later. If your operating system does not meet these requirements, you will not be able to access the app.

From November 1, 2023, if you encounter a message on the app store page saying 'Sorry, but this version won't work on your device' after clicking on the 'Update' button while opening the app, you will need to either update your phone's operating system or switch to a device that supports the required OS.

Don't worry if you're unable to upgrade your operating system, we have you covered! You can still access cool app services such as earning and using points through our amazing web service 'My Page.'
