Founded by Nitin Passi in 2009, Missguided is a popular online store that has experienced rapid growth in the UK and expanded to the US, Australia, France, and Germany. In 2015, they partnered with Nordstrom and opened a physical store in Selfridges Trafford Centre. This brand is definitely making big moves!

In May 2022, Missguided faced significant financial difficulties due to owing millions of pounds to its suppliers. Consequently, on May 31, 2022, the company went into administration. However, Frasers Group stepped in and acquired Missguided's assets, including Mennace, for around £20 million the following day. Some employees were laid off while others were transferred to Frasers Group. The company was renamed MGL Realisations (2022) Limited in July 2022. In August 2022, Greg Pateras, formerly of Matalan, took over as CEO of both Missguided and I Saw It First - another fashion company acquired by Frasers Group.

Missguided began teasing its exciting rebrand on Instagram in March 2023, revealing a sleek new logo. They announced that the official relaunch is scheduled for March 31, 2023.
