JScan is compatible with a variety of Jeep models, including the Wrangler JK and JL/JT, Grand Cherokee WK and WK2, Commander XK, Liberty/Cherokee KK, Compass, and Patriot MK. It also works with Dodge and Chrysler vehicles such as the Avenger, Grand Caravan RT, Journey, Caliber, Durango, Ram, Nitro, Magnum, Challenger, Town & Country RT, 200, 300C, 300, Sebring, and Aspen.

In order to use JScan, you need a compatible OBD ELM327 adapter. We recommend Bluetooth adapters such as OBD ELM327 iCar Vgate v2.0 Bluetooth, OBD ELM327 iCar Vgate v3.0 Bluetooth, OBD ELM327 iCar Vgate v4.0 Bluetooth LE, OBD LinkMX Bluetooth, and OBD LinkMX+ Bluetooth. You can also choose WiFi adapters like OBD ELM327 iCar Vgate v2.0 WiFi, OBD ELM327 iCar Vgate v3.0 WiFi, and OBD ELM327 iCar Vgate v4.0 WiFi. However, be cautious with inexpensive 'clones' of the ELM327 labeled as v2.1 as they may lead to connection issues based on some reports.
