Open Camera is a fantastic camera application that is completely free! It offers numerous fantastic features to enhance the quality of your photos. You can automatically straighten your shots, experiment with various scene modes and color effects, adjust the white balance and ISO, and lock in your exposure settings. Additionally, there is a selfie mode with a screen flash for flawless selfies. But wait, there's more! Open Camera allows for remote control, with options such as a voice-activated timer or a repeat mode. And guess what? You can also take photos by simply making some noise. Isn't that awesome?

The Open Camera app offers a variety of features, such as the ability to customize volume keys and the user interface. Users can also attach lenses, view an upside-down preview, and overlay different grids and crop guides on their photos. Additional information like date, timestamp, location coordinates, or text can be included in pictures. When shooting videos, subtitles with the date, time, and location can be saved. The app is ideal for panoramas with both front and back cameras, offering HDR with automatic alignment and ghost removal. Exposure Bracketing is also available for users to take advantage of.

Open Camera provides support for the Camera2 API, allowing users to enjoy manual controls and a focus assist feature. Additionally, users can utilize burst mode to capture fast-paced moments and take advantage of RAW (DNG) files and camera vendor extensions.

Just to clarify, not all devices will have every feature. This will vary based on factors such as hardware, camera capabilities, and the version of Android. However, there is some good news! The app is completely free and does not have any annoying ads popping up (those only appear on the website). Additionally, Open Camera is open source.

The Open Camera app is an amazing tool for enhancing your photography skills. With features like auto-leveling, scene modes, color effects, white balance control, ISO settings, exposure compensation/lock, and a selfie mode with 'screen flash', you'll always look fantastic. And don't forget, it can also shoot HD videos! Plus, you can control your camera remotely with handy controls such as a voice countdown timer or automatic repeat with a delay. You can even take photos by making noise - how awesome is that?

In addition to its main features, Open Camera also offers some additional cool options. You have the ability to personalize the volume keys and the user interface to suit your preferences. If you are using detachable lenses, there is even a feature that allows you to preview everything upside-down. Furthermore, you can enhance your photos by adding grids and crop guides for achieving the perfect composition.

Open Camera also supports the Camera2 API, allowing users to have greater control over camera settings such as focus adjustment and burst shots. The app also enables shooting in RAW format for professional-quality photos, as well as offering features like slow-motion video and log profile video. Additionally, it includes noise reduction and dynamic range optimization for improved quality in low-light conditions. Users can utilize on-screen histogram, zebra stripes, and focus peaking tools to ensure their pictures are perfect.

Just a reminder, not all devices will have access to all the features depending on factors like hardware, camera capabilities, and Android version. However, the app is completely free and does not contain any annoying ads (which only appear on the website). Additionally, Open Camera is open source!
