DigiHUD Speedometer is a fantastic free GPS tool that mimics a sophisticated car dashboard on your smartphone. It provides valuable information on your speed and distance traveled, making it perfect for replacing a broken speedometer in your vehicle, verifying your speed, or monitoring your speed during various activities like biking, running, flying, or sailing. Additionally, you can easily switch between standard mode and an advanced HUD mode that hovers over other applications. The app offers a wealth of data including current speed, average speed, top speed, three trip distances, a compass, an odometer, and the time.

There are two modes available in DigiHUD: Lite Mode, which displays only speed, and HUD Mode, which displays a mirrored version. Resetting a speed or trip value can be done by long-pressing on it. To reset all values, simply long-press 'PAUSE RESET'. In the Main Menu, users can switch between MPH, KMH, or KTS, set a warning speed/sound, adjust brightness, choose a display color, lock screen rotation, and access other cool features. Keep in mind that using the app may result in faster battery drain due to its reliance on GPS.
