Section 1:

MyConference Suite provides you with the event app for RSC's COEE 2022 Conference. The best part? It's completely free! Simply log in to access all the features. After registering, you will receive an email with a valid username and password. This fantastic app includes schedules, floor maps, speaker details, networking opportunities with other attendees, and comprehensive event information.

Section 2:

Simply scan the QR Code on their badge to easily exchange contact information. By scanning someone's contact, you will save their basic name details. You can also add notes or qualifiers to help remember them better. Additionally, the app allows you to view, edit, or delete all contacts you have scanned. Rest assured, only limited data will be displayed until the event concludes for security purposes.

Section 3:

Once you have finished scanning, all the contacts will appear on the online portal with their detailed information. Contact details can only be downloaded from the online portal. And here's the surprise - the username and password for the online portal are identical to your app credentials.
