Mario Kart Tour is essentially the classic Mario Kart game we all know and love, but now it's available on your phone! It marks the first mobile game in the series and has been incredibly popular. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that you can play it in both landscape and portrait mode, depending on your preference. The controls are very intuitive - simply swipe left or right to steer your kart, and flick up or down to use items. Each race consists of two laps and typically lasts about 2 minutes per lap. It's easy to pick up and play without taking up too much of your time. I usually start a race, select my kart, and wait for others to join before diving in. The gameplay is smooth, resulting in minimal crashes during races. Additionally, you earn stars after each race which can be used to purchase new karts and character skins. For those who strive for perfection, you can continue racing until you achieve a perfect score of 5 stars. Beating real players online is a thrilling experience that brings a sense of accomplishment and joy when you emerge victorious.
