Health Sync is a convenient app that allows you to synchronize all of your health data from various sources. It supports popular brands such as Coros, Diabetes:M, Fitbit, Garmin, Google Fit, Health Mate (Withings), InBody, Oura, Polar, Samsung Health, Suunto, and Huawei Health. Additionally, you have the option to sync your data with other apps like Diabetes:M, Fitbit, Google Fit, Samsung Health, Schrittmeister, FatSecret (for weight only), Runalyze, Smashrun, Strava or Under Armour (MapMyRun etc.). The best part is that it automatically syncs everything in the background. You can also sync activity data as FIT files or TCX files or GPX files directly to your Google Drive.

The app will begin syncing data once you start using it. However, there is a limitation: only data prior to installing the app can be synced after the free trial period. Polar does not permit us to sync their historical data. Additionally, Samsung Health does not allow any other app to input step counts. But don't worry, we can still access and record your steps as well as other data. Pretty cool, huh?

Health Sync is extremely easy to use and offers a convenient one-week free trial. After the trial period ends, you can choose to make a one-time purchase or opt for a six-month subscription to continue using the app. When it comes to syncing with Health Mate (Withings), an additional subscription is required due to ongoing integration costs. However, the exciting part is that you can select different source apps for various types of data. Once everything is set up, you can personalize the sync directions as much as you like.
